The Fund’s objective is to seek capital appreciation and income in the mid to long-term by investing in Latin American corporate credit, particularly in issuers with investment grade rating. The Fund will invest a minimum of 90% of its assets in Latin American corporate bonds with investment grade rating. The remaining will be invested in cash and cash equivalents, and/or in bonds below investment grade rating.
